In 1982, Ward Stone's Magnolia Corporation recorded Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for the original StoneHaven subdivision and began selling lots.
The Clearwater Point at StoneHaven subdivision followed in 1986, then a third subdivision christened as The Glen at StoneHaven in 1991.
These three subdivisions now form one community, a comfortable and convenient residential oasis near the Southern Appalachian foothills, a major university, and three magnificent lakes.
